Certificate recipients report high levels of satisfaction with the program. One-hundred percent of recipients who responded to the program evaluation survey in the 2014-2015 academic year “strongly agree” that they would recommend the program to colleagues. In their comments, recipients commented that through participating in the program they gained:
- Knowledge of best practices
- New perspectives on teaching
- Increased self-awareness
- Increased confidence in their teaching abilities
- Increased job satisfaction
